We are looking for a person that will help us reinforce the Facilities team with a temporary contract.

The position is based at our headquarters in Modena, and the candidate will be required to work directly from our Modena office.

For this position, we accept candidates that are listed in the “Categorie Protette L.68/99” according to Italian law.

What you will do:

As a Front Office Specialist, you will:

  • present a proper corporate image to all of those who contact the company
  • welcome visitors and be the point of reference for practical information for customers, visitors, and employees from other offices
  • be in charge of the reception/front desk, filtering and sorting incoming calls
  • manage daily activities such as shipping, arranging transportation and booking meeting rooms for guests
  • monitor and ensure the proper provision of general services for the desks and other corporate areas
