We are looking for an open minded, highly motivated person to reinforce the Product team in North America.
As a Product Launch Readiness Manager you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The Product Readiness Program Manager team drives and executes product launch through cross-functional work streams.

What you will do:
As a Product Launch Readiness Manager, you will:
- Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, R&D, Finance etc) to deliver product launches across current and forthcoming portfolio of products
- Plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks
- Coordinate players keeping them up to date on progress and deadlines of projects that may span offices and time zones
- Own all program communications and other tools to support all programs
- Develop end-to-end launch schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables
- Communicate priorities, risks, and schedules to executive management
- Provide technical and infrastructure expertise to enable scale across product and country launch
Who you are:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experienced in program or project management (5 years)
- Experienced in new product introduction (NPI), go-to-market (GTM), and/or program management (PgM) for enterprise software products (2/3 years)
- Experienced in managing projects interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders/groups in a matrixed organization
- Able to handle multiple priorities and projects and learning new business and technical skills to adapt to changing environments
- Exceptionally organized and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership on all projects
- Able to address high-profile challenges/ambiguity and poised under pressure
- Strong communicator, both at an executive-level and operational-level
- Team player who thrives in a cross-functional collaborative environment
