Karen is a Chief Financial Officer with 25+ years of experience planning and executing financial strategies and tactics for early-and mid- stage growth companies. She is a financial and operational executive with significant experience in strategic planning, scaling operations and M&A activities. She is currently the CFO and COO for Tamr, Inc., an enterprise-scale data unification software company. Prior to Tamr, Cambray was the CFO of Cartera Commerce, a private equity- backed provider of marketing software and solutions, where she spent over 7 years providing fiscal, strategic and operational leadership. During her tenure at Cartera she led a significant pivot in the company strategy, driving a turnaround that took the company from significant losses to profitability with high growth, leading to the successful sale of the company to Rakuten. In 2014, she was awarded the CFO of the Year award by the Boston Business Journal. Karen also serves on the Board of Trustees of Merrimack College.
