Last night, in conjunction with KMWorld 2022, we hosted a dinner for our North American customers in Washington, DC. It was refreshing to have a face-to-face opportunity to meet with our customers and discuss extending the value we provide through natural language understanding within their organizations across many use cases. We look forward to making this a regular event, and want to recognize a few of our many valued customers for their unique deployments of our product.
Fastest Time-to-Value with AI – ISACA
ISACA is a new customer who started their journey with us back in February 2022. They were able to move from prospect to solution in just a few short months. Their clarity and focus in deploying our technology enabled them to start realizing value at a record pace. As a result, we honored them with the Fastest Time-to-Value Award. EBSCO Information Services started the journey with expert.ai back in 2017. As an organization, they stand out as an innovative partner that is looking to maximize the use of our NLP technology by continuously monitoring and measuring the outcomes of the solutions that they built in full autonomy with our platform.
Expert.ai technology was leveraged to augment its content workflows and streamline knowledge management processes with the benefits of making in-depth research easy, anticipating user intent and helping researchers get to exactly what they need faster. EBSCO’s approach exemplifies innovation in the world of scholarly search and discovery. We are honored to grant them the AI Innovator Award.
AI for Employee Engagement – SHIFT
Employee and Customer Sentiment and Engagement is a key use case that expert.ai provides to multiple clients in different scenarios. Another new customer, SHIFT, provides their client base with a unique employee engagement solution that marries their capability with expert.ai’s natural language understanding. SHIFT is another example of a company that was able to quickly realize value but did so in a specific area where a natural language solution is key. The AI for Employee Engagement Award recognizes this valuable solution.
AI Excellence – Bloomberg Industry Group
The expert.ai journey with Bloomberg INDG started back in 2012 with the Bloomberg Law team that initiated a project centered on taxonomy-based classification. Over the last 10 years, the Bloomberg Law team went through several product upgrades and gained autonomy in leveraging the expert.ai technology. Additional use cases such as entities and topics extraction and summarization of regulatory content added value to the solutions that Bloomberg INDG delivers to legal professionals and more. We’re proud to work with a client that is excelling at implementing our core technology to create compelling content for their end users. Bloomberg INDG is the recipient of the AI Excellence Award.
