Grenke’s initiative is part of a broader growth strategy launched through its partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo, which provides access to more than 1 million of the bank’s clients, including large, medium-sized, small and micro-enterprises, as well as its extensive branch network. It aims to improve contract management efficiency, support seamless business growth and ensure high standards of quality, control and regulatory compliance.
The project includes the implementation of a multi-agent AI solution by Expert.ai to provide comprehensive support for all activities related to equipment leasing contracts. Delivered through the EidenAI Suite, the solution combines the strengths of multiple AI technologies. Neuro-symbolic AI provides maximum control, with full data governance and explainability of outputs to ensure consistency and reliability in decision making processes.
