Innovative conceptual engine, 10-9-2008
Expert System announced today that Telecom Italia has launched the innovative conceptual engine on the TIM portal. The search engine, powered by Cogito®, enables the automatic understanding of the meaning of a question and searches and intelligently expands it to include synonyms and related terms, offering a streamlined and more effective user experience.
This contract strengthens the on-going collaboration between Expert System and the leading communications company, which already includes the semantic search engine launched to support Customer Service activities.
Cogito offers another building block in supporting Telecom Italia’s effort to improve customer service by increasing the quality and the speed of answering to online questions.
