Expert System, leading provider of semantic software that searches, discovers, classifies and interprets text information, today announces it has won the prestigious National Award for Innovation in ICT (information and communication technology) & Service Design in Services. Also known as the “Award of Awards,” it is the highest Italian award given for innovation.
Expert System won the Award of Awards for the development of its advanced semantic technology, Cogito® Monitor. Expert System developed Cogito Monitor to identify and analyze business reputation and consumer sentiment on Web 2.0 platforms. Judges praised Expert System for having created “a technologically advanced instrument based on the sophisticated interpretation of the meanings of messages, which enables organizations to monitor their reputation on the Web.”
