As CFO, Giorgio oversees expert.ai’s economic and financial activities and manages all accounting and tax-related functions, as well as the financial planning and analysis for the Group. He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. As Controller and Head of Consolidated Financial Statements at Seci Energia S.p.A. (Maccaferri Group), he coordinated the teams for processing the Group’s reporting and quarterly analysis (investments, NWC, cash flow, KPIs). After serving as Head of Controlling at Dove Conviene, Giorgio joined expert.ai as Financial Controller, where he also managed relationships with financial institutions and coordinated teams in Europe and North America before assuming the role of CFO in 2023. Giorgio holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bologna.
