Expert System, (EXSY.MI) leader in developing semantic software for strategic management of information and big data, and WebResults, a company specialized in Salesforce projects, services and applications to support sales, marketing and customer service processes, announces today a strategic partnership to deliver a free connector to integrate a Salesforce org with the semantic analysis platform “Cogito” by Expert System.
Thanks to the advanced features of Expert System’s semantic technology, the connector (Cogito Connected for Salesforce) submits to semantic analysis the contents of any type of text (documents or from external URLs) and returns enriched information such as relevance and tags identified by the Cogito search engine.
Cogito Connected for Salesforce, developed by WebResults in cooperation with Expert System, is available for immediate installation and is aimed at Salesforce developers, giving them transparent access to Cogito servers through a dedicated library of Apex methods and classes. Thanks to the direct communication between the Salesforce org and Cogito, the connector avoids a long development and fine-tuning process of the communication interface.
