Expert System today announced that Atlante Ventures Mezzogiorno, venture fund of Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo managed by IMI Fondi Chiusi, has converted part of its convertible bonds held in ADmantX SpA, the Expert System subsidiary for online semantic advertising, valued at €200,000, through the issue of 19,230 new shares.
As a result of these transactions, Expert System retains 69.42% shares of ADmantX, Atlante Ventures Mezzogiorno 20.71% and other shareholders 9.87%.
