While it is true Covid-19 has been a moment of truth that exposed many of the manual paper/document-centric operations and processes in insurance, customer demands don’t take a break. With a rapidly changing economic climate and new Work From Home initiatives, leadership teams—and the IT organizations that support them—must do more with fewer resources in place to react quickly. Automating processes, augmenting performance, accelerating insight, and reducing disruption are all at the forefront of every insurance executive’s mind right now.
In this webinar “Practical A.I. and Pandemic Recovery: Insurance Resilience in Time of Crisis”, Deb Smallwood, CEO and Founder of Strategy Meets Action, and Walt Mayo, Group CEO of Expert System, will discuss how proven and practical A.I. solutions deliver the means to cost-effectively ensure high performance results while still meeting customer and employee experience goals.
